OSI Ultimate Frisbee is a club for everyone interested in Ultimate Frisbee, whether you are a student or not, whether you have been playing for years, or never touched a disc before. We also include those who are here for good or just visiting for an exchange-semester. 

During a normal semester we participate in anything from two to five tournaments. But do not be scared by this. We always go as a purely student driven team, and never "stack" the teams based on skill. Our goal is that everyone participating in the tournament has a great time! Joining us for tournaments is also a great way to visit various places around Norway as we generally travel to other cities. Common destinations for us are: Bergen, Trondheim, Tromsø (and Oslo)!

Open Practices:

During week 35 and 36 we open the doors for anyone to try Ultimate! Everyone is welcome, be it you have played before and are simply looking for a team, or if you've never even heard of the sport! 

To join our open practices, simply show up at the specified times and join in! No memberships required. (To OSI or Athletica)

What to bring and how to find us:

When you show up to the locations listed below look out for people in OSI jerseys by the reception desk. (Since we are bypassing the membership gates we need to lead you in)

Our practices take place indoors, which means that you should bring indoor shoes and training gear. Don't forget to bring water!
